FAQ's
Will my package fee cover prints?
The total package fee covers the time it takes to shoot as well as editing time and a digital file of images. After the photoshoot you will receive a digital file of your images via email. If you wish to order prints from me you are free to do so or take your download of images to a photo lab of your choice!
Is it worth getting prints from me?
Yes. As a photographer that has tried all the local box-store printers, I am often frustrated as prints come back dark or cropped incorrectly to fit their standard printers. This may be cheaper, but you don't want these hanging on your wall. You paid for a quality photo, the printing should reflect that. My print lab delivers superb quality affordable products to your door in typically less than a week. Ready to order prints? Simply access my online store by scrolling over your photos in your gallery link that I sent you. Simply scroll over any photo, when you see the shopping cart icon, click to see the variety of prints and home decor available!
What if we go over the allotted time on the shoot?
Sometimes shoots go as planned. Sometimes they don't. Sometimes the weather just doesn't cooperate or your little one was a little tired that day. Just know that no matter what life throws at us, I am willing to work to see that you have what you came for: quality portraits that are focused around you, not the clock.
What do I wear for a shoot?
Ultimately I want you to be comfortable.
For senior shoots: I will schedule a consultation with you before the day of the shoot to go over with you what outfits you would like and discuss ideas for locations that may really bring your vision to life. This will help both of us have an idea of expectations for our time spent together.
Families: Because there are multiple people being photographed together, try to keep to a color scheme and dress consistent. For instance, if you all want to wear t-shirts, try to avoid distracting logos or one of you wearing red. This draws the eye=we want the focus to be on the family as a unit. Also, the same goes for shoes or no shoes, pants or shorts, long-sleeve or short sleeve=whatever you choose to do, just keep it consistent and I promise you'll have a cohesive look to your family portrait.
